H Furniture is not holding stocks. Everything is made to order within 6-8 weeks after order confirmation.
We ship to any destination worldwide. We reserve the right not to ship to P.O. Box addresses and certain addresses that are too complex or difficult to reach for the carriers used by H. Customers will be contacted individually in such instances.
Free delivery is included for the following countries:
- UK
- Germany
- Switzerland
- Austria
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
For all other destination we charge flat rate in amount of 10 % from netto total value of an orders.
We charge VAT in 28 Countries of EU for Private Customers.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from H.
In order to keep your Products in the best condition possible during transit, they are carefully packaged to avoid damage. It is essential you keep the packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you wish to return your order for any reason, within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products, we can only accept the Products if returned in their original packaging. It also essential to keep the packaging until you are 100% satisfied with the order because in case of damage the delivery company will need to inspect the packaging.
If you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable (certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Order number
- Names and quantity of the Products being returned
- Reason for the cancellation
You will receive a reply with a returns authorisation and instructions on how to proceed with the product return.
Any Products returned should be unused and in saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. Therefore, please check your Products thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.
If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received by us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returned Products which are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your Products excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the Products (unless they are faulty or damaged). The delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the Products, we will charge you for the reduction in value. We shall refund you the appropriate amount once the Products have been received by us and checked.
