If you are a professional you are obliged to declare so during your pre-registration as a seller.

3. My seller account and my store
In order to create a seller account and place his Products on sale in the store, follow these steps:

Pre-registration: First, fill out the pre-registration file shown on the Site here: seller

An acknowledgement notice of your request is e-mailed to you; it will ask you to wait for a few days:
“Your pre-registration has been successfully sent.
Please wait for the answer.
klintr is going to contact you in several days.
If your registration is confirmed as a seller, you will receive an e-mail with explanations in order to create your own store on klintr.
You will be able to:

If your registration as a seller is not approved it means:

4. Payment of orders and PayPal functions
Clients pay for orders solely through the PayPal banking service available on the Site. PayPal authorizes payment from the PayPal account by bank card or "electronic wallet" if one already has such an account. A PayPal account is not required to pay by bank card.
The PayPal banking service is used to send and receive money throughout the world. With more than 230 million accounts throughout the world, PayPal provides a fast and secure means of making and receiving payments at home and abroad.

During the creation of your store on klintr, don't forget to include the e-mail address of your PayPal account in your seller account so you can receive payments from your clients.
5. How much does my store cost and what is the klintr commission ?
Creation of a seller account is free on the Site.
For the time being, opening a store on klintr likewise is free on the Site.
The placement of Products on sale in the store also is free on the Site for the time being.
On klintr, you only pay fees if you sell an item.
For the time being, the services offered by the Site are paid for only by a commission the Seller pays for each order he receives and which is paid him by a Buyer.
The services of the Site are as follows:

The commission principle is as follows:

The Site draws only 15 percent of the commission to the Seller on the price of the Products (all taxes included), for each order which is paid to him by a Buyer, outside of delivery costs. For each order that he receives, the Seller immediately receives in his PayPal account 85 percent of the price of the Products for each order (all taxes included) plus delivery costs

In all cases of litigation with Clients, of Product return and/or of their reimbursement, the Seller will reimburse his Client's full payment (price of the products with delivery costs) and the Site also will reimburse to the Seller the 15 percent commission on the price of the products (all taxes included).

6. How do deliveries, returns and reimbursements work on klintr ?
You must not forget that when it comes to the Seller, the Client is always right. In all countries, the law protects the Client's purchases on the Internet. You are probably a regular or occasional Client on different on-line sites and so you likewise are protected in this case.
For whatever reason, the Client can decide to return an order and has a retraction period of 7 (seven) calendar days to return his order, counting from the date his order is received. When calling on international transport professionals (for example FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) you are warned against any abuse on your part. In fact, it has been proven that an order delivered with a delivery number, delivery insurance and a counter-signature drastically reduces the sources of litigation (loss, theft, damage, non-received order, etc.), but it does not cancel the Client's right of retraction.
In fact, it does not matter knowing if the Client is right or not, but it is important to know that he has the right to return his order, not to have received it and to be reimbursed in every case.

You should understand that an unhappy Client is a Client lost forever, while a Client who is satisfied with your after-sale service can decide to buy more Products from you later which will satisfy him and which he will not return. If the Seller is a professional, the Buyer can ask the Seller for the return, exchange and/or reimbursement of the purchased Product. In such a case, the Product(s) returned by the Buyers are transported at the Buyer's risk and the Sellers must recommend to their Clients the best transport solution for returning products and indicate the rate (for example FedEx, UPS or DHL).
In the event of a Product return, the latter must obligatorily be returned new, unused and in its original packaging, with all the elements and relevant slips that accompanied the Product when it was delivered.
In particular, the following products must not have been worn, tried on or used: underwear, swimsuits and all hygienic or bodily intimate products.
If the Seller is not a professional, but a consumer and non-professional, the right to return or exchange a product cannot be exercised by the Buyer and no Product can by taken back by the Seller except if the Seller accepts it, for commercial reasons, in which case the Product(s) returned by the Buyers are also transported at the Buyers' risk and the other terms remain unchanged.
In order to exercise one's right of retraction, the Buyer can ask klintr for it by going through the contact rubric on the Site which then is tasked with notifying the Seller(s). 7. Can my seller account be used to purchase Products also ?
A seller account cannot be used to purchase products on the Site.
In order to purchase products on klintr, you must create a Client account separately here: sign in.
8. Can I create several stores on klintr ?
You cannot create several stores on klintr, but your seller account has several customization tools enabling you to organize your store, your brand names, your Products, your biography, your news, delivery zones and shipping fees, etc.
9. In what countries can I sell ?
klintr is international and it enables you to market your Products worldwide.
During the placement on line of your Products on your store, you must specify the delivery fees for each Product and for each of the geographic zones where you agree to ship your orders.
Do not forget that delivery costs are paid for by the Buyer during his order in your store, but that it is preferable to suggest to him reliable modes of delivery with insurance and a counter-signature if necessary. It is your responsibility as a committed Seller in the event of a claim or of litigation with the Client.
If you agree to deliver your Products in every country, you potentially have access to Buyers worldwide. Conversely, for example, if you limit your deliveries to your country alone or to Europe, then the number of your potential clients is naturally much more limited.
10. How do I close my seller account and my store ?
By registering on the Site, the Seller confirms having read, understood and validated the standard terms of sale, the non-disclosure policy and the process of ordering and purchasing.
The Seller is bound by contract to the Site and to klintr for an indefinite period of time. At any time, the Seller, if he so requests, may interrupt the contract on the Site. For its part, the Site at any time can decide to halt the contract without explanation and without notice.
Each Seller is free to no longer display and no longer sell his creations and his Products on klintr.
All that is needed is to send a request to klintr from the contact rubric.
11. How do I increase sales in my store ?

12. How do I put my creations and my products on sale in my store ?

In order to help you present fine photographs on the Site, klintr can offer some suggestions.
From your seller account, you can easily put your creations and Products on sale in your store.
You have tools at hand which enable you to organize your store, your brand names and your Products.
From your account, you can attribute categories and sub-categories to your Products and add details to the articles (size, colour, dimension, capacity, weight, etc.) as well as sales prices and discount prices (sweet prices).
You can also add more editorial information about your Products under the rubric "details, size & fit" which appears on each Product file.
Likewise, you can determine the zones of delivery and the shipping rates; you have to mention them under the rubric "shipping & payment" which appears on each Product file. In fact, it is obligatory to notify your Clients of your shipping rates.

2. What happens after making an order on klintr ?
After making an order on the Site, you will receive an e-mail from klintr which will confirm your order, show how to find it in your Client account and how to reach the klintr team if necessary.
The Seller already has received your order, but he has likewise received an e-mail from klintr confirming the order you made.
Likewise, you will receive by e-mail a confirmation of your payment on PayPal.
